The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has revised the Phase 1 counselling schedule for AP EAMCET 2026. Students who are applying for Engineering, Agriculture and Pharmacy courses under the Undergraduate category will now be able to register online for the same up until August 1 through the Common Admissions Portal (CAP). This new schedule was revealed on July 30 and the candidates can find out more about the revised counseling schedule on the CAP website.As per the new schedule, qualified AP EAMCET 2026 candidates can still take part in the first round of counseling through online registration and uploading the necessary documents.

Round 1 allotment result on August 9
According to the revised schedule, APSCHE will publish the Round 1 seat allotment results on August 9. Candidates allotted seats will have to report to their respective colleges between August 10 and August 15 to complete the admission formalities.Classes for the new academic session are scheduled to begin from August 10, making timely reporting crucial for selected candidates.
AP EAMCET 2026 examination details
The AP EAMCET 2026 test was organized by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) on behalf of APSCHE.The test for Engineering was conducted on May 12, 13, 14, 15 and 18, and that for Agriculture and Pharmacy was conducted on May 19 and 20, 2026. The results of AP EAMCET 2026 were declared on July 1, after which the counseling process began.
Over 2.45 lakh candidates qualified
AP EAMCET 2026 witnessed a strong performance across both streams. In the Engineering Stream, the total number of candidates who cleared the examination is 1,82,317, and the passing percentage is 70.52%. In the Agriculture and Pharmacy stream, the total number of candidates who passed is 63,546, and the passing percentage is 89.59%.These candidates are now eligible to appear for the counseling procedure for admissions into undergraduate professional programs in Andhra Pradesh.
